Privacy Policy

This policy explains what we collect, why, and what you can do about it. We keep it short because we collect very little.

Who we are

SpinLogs is an independent statistics site. We record publicly available results of live casino game shows and publish them. We are not a gambling operator. You cannot bet, deposit or win money on this site.

What we collect

• Server logs. Like nearly every website, our server records the request: IP address, timestamp, page, referrer and browser user-agent. We use this to keep the site running, spot abuse and understand roughly how many people visit. Logs rotate and are deleted within 30 days.
• Approximate country. We look up the country from your IP so we can show region-appropriate content and comply with local rules. We do not store the lookup.
• Preferences you set. If you turn on big-win alerts, that choice is stored in your own browser (local storage). It never reaches our server.

We do not ask for your name, email, address or payment details, and we have no user accounts.

Cookies and similar storage

We do not use advertising or profiling cookies. We use browser storage only to remember settings you chose yourself, such as the alerts toggle. Where consent is required, we ask before setting anything that is not strictly necessary, and you can withdraw it at any time by clearing your browser storage for this site.

Affiliate links

Some outgoing links to casino operators are affiliate links. If you click one and later register, we may receive a commission from that operator. Clicking is recorded on our side as an anonymous counter (which link, when) so we can see what people find useful — it is not tied to you. The operator you land on runs its own tracking under its own privacy policy, which we do not control. See our Terms for the full disclosure.

Analytics

We use our own server logs rather than third-party analytics platforms. That means no tracking pixels and no data shared with advertising networks.

Your rights in the EU, EEA, UK and Switzerland (GDPR)

Our lawful basis for processing server logs is legitimate interest in operating and securing the site. You have the right to access, correct or erase your data, to object to processing, and to complain to your national data protection authority. Because we hold no account data, an access request usually needs the exact IP and time window to be answerable.

Your rights in the United States

Residents of California (CCPA/CPRA) and other states with similar laws (including Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah and Texas) have the right to know what personal information is collected, to request deletion, and to opt out of "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined in those laws, and we do not use it for cross-context behavioural advertising. We also do not knowingly process data of anyone under 18.

Data retention and location

Server logs are kept up to 30 days, then deleted. Our servers are located in Europe. Where data is accessed from other countries, we rely on appropriate safeguards.

Children

This site is for adults only. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18 (or under 21 where that is the local minimum gambling age). If you believe a minor has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
