Privacy Policy

This policy explains what we collect, why, and what you can do about it. We keep it short because we collect very little.

Who we are

SpinLogs is an independent statistics site. We record publicly available results of live casino game shows and publish them. We are not a gambling operator. You cannot bet, deposit or win money on this site.

What we collect

• Server logs. Like nearly every website, our server records the request: IP address, timestamp, page, referrer and browser user-agent. We use this to keep the site running, spot abuse and understand roughly how many people visit. Logs rotate and are deleted within 30 days.
• Approximate country. We look up the country from your IP so we can tailor the displayed offers to your country. The approximate country is included in aggregate usage and event logs.
• Preferences you set. If you turn on big-win alerts, that choice is stored in your own browser (local storage). It never reaches our server.

We do not ask for your name, email, address or payment details, and we have no user accounts.

Cookies and similar storage

We do not use advertising or profiling cookies. We use browser storage to remember preferences and an anonymous session identifier for usage measurement. The session identifier is kept in session storage and expires after inactivity; it is not an account or a cross-site advertising ID. You can clear local preferences and the session identifier through your browser storage controls.

Affiliate links

Some outgoing links to casino operators are affiliate links. If you click one and later register, we may receive a commission from that operator. We record outgoing-link events with the link, placement, time, approximate country and anonymous session/event identifiers. These let us measure visible banner impressions and correlate clicks with redirects. We do not collect a name or account identity for these events. The operator you land on runs its own tracking under its own privacy policy, which we do not control. See our Terms for the full disclosure.

Preferences stored on your device

If you choose to save a game, remember history filters or use local time, we store those preferences in your browser’s local storage. Saved filters do not include the selected date or exact round ID. These preferences are not sent to our server and do not contain a visitor identifier. Remove a saved game or disable remembered filters with the same controls, or clear this site’s browser data to remove all preferences.

Analytics

We use first-party event logging for page views, visible banner impressions, outgoing clicks, video playback and use of history tools. We also measure page loading (LCP), layout stability (CLS) and interaction responsiveness (INP) with a self-hosted library. These performance records contain metric values and a page-measurement identifier, not page text, form contents or selectors. Those event records include an anonymous session identifier, page path, approximate country, device category and referral category and, for tagged campaign arrivals, short source/medium/campaign labels. Campaign attribution uses the first arrival of the current browser-tab session (up to 30 minutes of inactivity); it does not identify a person across visits. These records do not include a full IP address or browser string. The event logs rotate with up to 14 daily rotations, or sooner when size limits apply. General server access logs are separate. We also use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand aggregate website usage; Cloudflare processes the measurements under its own service policies. We do not use these measurements for cross-site advertising.

Your rights in the EU, EEA, UK and Switzerland (GDPR)

Our lawful basis for processing server logs is legitimate interest in operating and securing the site. You have the right to access, correct or erase your data, to object to processing, and to complain to your national data protection authority. Because we hold no account data, an access request usually needs the exact IP and time window to be answerable.

Your rights in the United States

Residents of California (CCPA/CPRA) and other states with similar laws (including Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah and Texas) have the right to know what personal information is collected, to request deletion, and to opt out of "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined in those laws, and we do not use it for cross-context behavioural advertising. We also do not knowingly process data of anyone under 18.

Data retention and location

Server logs are kept up to 30 days, then deleted. Our servers are located in Europe. Where data is accessed from other countries, we rely on appropriate safeguards.

Children

This site is for adults only. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18 (or under 21 where that is the local minimum gambling age). If you believe a minor has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
